FAQS

  • First off, open communication with me about your styling choices is the best way to ensure we both LOVE your outfits! Email me to receive my senior photo guide that helps guide you through the entire process. For changing we will either use my pop-up changing tent, or a nearby public restroom. In terms of selecting your outfits…

Comfort is Key: Select clothing that you feel comfortable and confident in. When you're at ease, your natural personality shines through the photographs.

Reflect Your Style: Your senior portraits should reflect your personal style and interests. Choose outfits that resonate with who you are and the image you want to portray.

Avoid Busy Patterns: Busy patterns or large logos can be distracting and may take the focus away from you. Opt for solid colors or subtle patterns that enhance rather than overpower the image.

Layering Adds Depth: Layering can add depth and visual interest to your photographs. Consider adding a jacket, scarf, or statement accessory to your outfit for a polished look.

Consider the Location and Season: Take into account the location and season of your photo shoot when selecting your outfits. Choose clothing appropriate for the weather and setting to ensure your comfort and the success of the shoot.

  • Yes absolutely! Bring whoever makes you feel the most comfortable. If you don’t think you’d be able to be silly and do unconventional poses in front of them, I’d recommend they only come for a little bit.

  • A water bottle, spandex or nike pros (if you’re wearing dresses), comfortable shoes, props, furry friends(?), hairbrush, makeup for touch ups, and a jacket(s).

  • We can go through my senior photo guide and decide which location would work best for what your photo desires are. Taking into account aspects like weather and distance.

  • Anywhere from 4-14 days typically, just depends on how busy that season is, and my class workload.

  • Sadly I do not, but looking to do so in the future!

  • Two to three months in advance, the earlier the better as my availability is limited since I go to school at the University of Cincinnati.

  • I help you with every pose as needed! But as soon as you begin to get more comfortable in front of the camera I’ll allow you to move freely in between my “posed” images. It’s really just dependent on the individual’s comfort in front of a camera.

“Taking photos with Annie is best experience for seniors in high school! Annie’s Senior Model Team is such an awesome way to meet people and get amazing photos! She is seriously the best at giving directions for how to pose, and makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. This was the best choice I’ve made my senior year.”

Makena Rowan, Class of 2024

“Annie was a super kind sweet photographer who has a passion for what she does, which makes it an easy experience. I hate getting my photo taken usually, but I felt so comfortable around Annie. I also really enjoyed talking with her too!”
